• Open the Voice Memos app and select the voice memo to transcribe.
• Click on "..." and select "Share"
• In the sharing requester select "Dictate" app as target. You might click on "..." again iff it is not listed in your favorites.
• Now Dictate app opens in transcription mode.
• Select the transcription mode of your choice
• Press "Start" to transcribe the file

• Simply drag your media file or URL into Dictata app.
• Dictate app opens in transcription mode.
• Select the transcription mode of your choice
• Press "Start" to transcribe the file

We offer a free 7 day testing period where you can test Dictate without any fees. If you don't cancel 24h before end of trial period free trial is automatically converted into a subscription.

You are currently not subscribed, Your free trial or your subscription has expired. In case you have already a non-canceled subscription pressing "Ugrade" will make the app load the new subcription.

Please go to the "Upgrade" screen and press "Restore Purchases". This will restore your previous Pro Version for free.

In rare situations users that have purchased a subscription (which is indicated in 'Upgrade' section) are not able to make dictations. In this case please follow this procedure: 

1. Press 'Setup' button, scroll down and press 'Reset all user preferences' and leave Setup
2. Terminate the app (swipe gesture or double click)
3. Relaunch the app
4. Press 'Upgrade' button and 'restore purchases'
5. You will not get confirmation from the last step, but it will load your purchases
6. Leave Upgrade and check if Dictate is unlocked now
7. If the above didn't help please re-install the app

A: Most probably you have the "Sync across devices" enabled, but you are currently not logged in or you don't have internet connection or you have disabled iCloud in the system settings. In these cases the app can't save your text to iCloud and stops the dictation immediately throwing an error. To solve the problem your options are:
1. Enable iCloud in the system settings and log in with your AppleID.
2. Disable the "Sync"-feature in the "Setup" screen of the app.
3. Use one of the non-syncing text zones, e.g. "B" or "C".

Traffic sign camera is an image detection app enhanced with information from open street map. When driving into a town there is no speed limit sign to detect. The app tries to get speed limit information fomr open street map and uses it when available. When there is no such information the app does not know the current limit !

This app has learned only European speed limit sign. It will not detect any US speed limits !

The preferred orientation is landscape. There are green lines on the main display. These should be aligned to the street borders. It does not need to be very precise, but since not all parts of the camera view are sensitive for traffic signs you should do your best in pointing the devices' camera view onto relevant parts of the street.

In some situations the "end of speed limit" sign is missed or not present. For these situations you can auto clear the app's speed limit after a certain distance or a certain timeout.

Once your 3-day trial period is over you can enter a subsription. There are weekly, monthly and yearly subcriptions.

There are several reasons for this:
1. If you have selected a language other than en-US or en-CA mostly the problem is a temporary breakdown of the internet connection. Please ensure you have good connection.
2. Please ensure you have granted the following permissions in your system settings:
-  Settings -► Screen Time -► Content Restrictions -► Allowed Apps -► Siri and Dictate
3. Please ensure you have granted the following permissions in your system settings:
- Settings -► General -► Keyboard -► Dictation
